Back Beach

Allie’s place was beautifully remolded and decorated. We enjoyed mornings drinking coffee in the enclosed porch area while overlooking the ocean views. It was really amazing. This home is walkable to local shops, art studios, restaurants and even a brewery.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The view from the front of the home was amazing, and the beach was just a quick and easy walk away. We even took a midnight stroll along the rocks and beach, which was incredibly peaceful and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We also really enjoyed relaxing around the fire on the side of the home. It was such a neat spot to hang out! The only thing I’d mention is that the parking area is pretty tight. We had a Camry and managed fine, but we normally drive a Grand Wagoneer, and I think it would have been super tight. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciate the opportunity to stay here. We would definitely come back!

Allie's place was great. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, cozy living and outdoor spaces. Easy to walk to the beach and to downtown Rockport. Located on a bit of a busy road (take care with young children), sound machine provided was helpful for the upstairs' room, so we slept well. Overall pleasant stay, would visit again.

Allie is a 10/10 host. Anything we needed she was ready to deliver a wonderful experience. The only thing my wife and I were in need of, was a tea kettle, and within 10 min of messaging Allie, we had one brand new delivered to the front door. Great house, clean house, perfect location. Loved every minute.

We stayed here for a special weekend away. The place was very cute with new amenities. We loved being able to walk to town and the beaches nearby. I wish we could come here every weekend

Stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was the perfect base for our exploring. Super cozy, comfortable, and beautifully unique! It’s a quick walk to the ocean and town, a short drive to the train station, easy drive to Ipswich snd Newburyport and the perfect little space to come back to!

This is a beautifully renovated home just steps from the water! It was so easy to walk out the front door and be in downtown Rockport in just a few minutes. The views from inside were beautiful. We were so impressed with the interior design and the thoughtful touches throughout! We had two very small kids with us and they loved the adorable kids room in the back. I will say the parking space, parking parallel against the house on a busy road, was challenging with kids, but Rockport is notoriously difficult to park in no matter where you go. This was a lovely place and I would def recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy staying right near the beach at Rockport. This is probably the nicest airbnb that I have had the pleasure of visiting. It was immaculate, perfectly newly renovated. Extremely private and comfortable. The coastline was just steps away, and we enjoyed daily walks. I especially enjoyed the calm aesthetic, the amenities, and the rustic cottage vibe. I would definitely recommend staying at this location for a coastal getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. You can tell the home was recently remodeled with short-term guests in mind. Everything was thoughtfully planned to create a comfortable and relaxing experience. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. The household amenities such as the shampoo, body wash, and laundry pods were clearly chosen for quality rather than simply cost. Everything in the home worked exactly as expected and was well maintained. The location was fantastic. This was our fifth consecutive July vacation in the Rockport area, and we chose this home because it was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do. Our host, Allie, was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The only minor downside was parking. We brought a very large SUV, which made maneuvering and parking a bit tight at times. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Rockport.

Such a perfect spot for a quiet Rockport trip! We definitely took advantage of the close proximity to the beach and to shops/restaurants. Would definitely book again!

The space was very nice inside and out, simple and comfortable. Loved the windowed enclosed porch with a bit of sea view! The windows were good so even though it was right on the street it was quiet. Parking was a bit tricky and the location not downtown but still walkable. The mini-splits were great and we used the TV.

What a beautiful space! We loved the modern beachy charm. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Private but within walking distance to the beach and everything Rockport has to offer. Allie was incredibly proactive and responsive when we had any questions.
