Hi, I'm Allie.
I was born and raised on the north shore. Cape Ann is home. When I started managing a couple of vacation rentals, I realized the big booking platforms did not really work for a place like this. Every listing looked the same. There was no local context, no one to text when you needed a dinner recommendation.
So I started this. A small collection of homes I have personally vetted, run by people who actually live here. We are not a call center. We are your neighbors.

Stay Cape Ann is owned by Rising Tide, our small operations company based in Gloucester. The same family that picks the homes answers the texts and walks them on arrival day.
Booking direct means better prices, real communication, and no platform service fee eating into your trip budget.
Which beach has parking at 9am in July. Which lobster rolls are actually worth it. We live here. We know.
We do not take on every property that comes our way. If we would not stay there ourselves, it is not in the collection.
