The promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rising Tide STR, Gloucester, Massachusetts (“Sponsor”), operator of the Stay Cape Ann direct-booking site at staycapeann.com. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., the National Football League, the New England Patriots, or any of their affiliates. Team and league names appear only to identify the games whose outcomes trigger a drawing.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and principals of Sponsor, owners of homes managed by Sponsor, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Entries are accepted from 12:00 AM ET on September 9, 2026 until the scheduled kickoff of the final New England regular-season game (currently Week 18, Jan 2027; the league may set or move it). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

Visit staycapeann.com/win and submit the entry form with your first and last name, email address and ZIP code, and confirm you have read these rules. One entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Your single entry is included in every drawing held after it is received. Entries are not accepted through Instagram comments, direct messages, mail or any other channel. Following, liking, commenting or sharing on social media is welcome but is not a method of entry and does not affect your chances of winning. Sponsor will send entrants email about this Sweepstakes (confirmation, drawing results, and winner notification). A separate, optional checkbox on the entry form lets you also receive Stay Cape Ann marketing email; ticking it is not required to enter or win.

One drawing is held for each New England regular-season game that ends in a win for New England, as recorded in the league's official final score. No drawing is held for a loss or a tie. Each drawing is conducted within three (3) business days after the game, by a random selection using a cryptographically secure random number generator over all eligible entries received before that game's scheduled kickoff (or, for a game whose kickoff is not yet published, before the time Sponsor records the result). Sponsor records the number of eligible entries, the cutoff time and the selected index for each drawing. Postseason games are not part of this Sweepstakes unless Sponsor announces an extension in writing at staycapeann.com/win.

The regular-season games as scheduled at publication are: Week 1 at SEA (Wed, Sep 9); Week 2 vs PIT (Sun, Sep 20); Week 3 at JAX (Sun, Sep 27); Week 4 at BUF (Sun, Oct 4); Week 5 vs LV (Sun, Oct 11); Week 6 vs NYJ (Sun, Oct 18); Week 7 at CHI (Thu, Oct 22); Week 8 at MIA (Sun, Nov 1); Week 9 vs GB (Sun, Nov 8); Week 10 at DET (Sun, Nov 15); Week 12 at LAC (Sun, Nov 29); Week 13 vs BUF (Sun, Dec 6); Week 14 vs MIN (Thu, Dec 10); Week 15 at KC (Mon, Dec 21); Week 16 at NYJ (Sun, Dec 27); Week 17 vs DEN (Jan 2027, date TBD); Week 18 vs MIA (Jan 2027, date TBD). The league controls the schedule; a moved game keeps its drawing.

Each drawing awards one (1) prize: a $300 Stay Cape Ann Getaway Credit, redeemable only toward the accommodation cost of a new direct reservation made at staycapeann.com at any Stay Cape Ann home. Approximate retail value: $300. The credit is applied to the accommodation subtotal; taxes, cleaning fees and any other charges above the credit are the winner's responsibility. The credit has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be transferred or resold, may not be applied to an existing reservation, and may not be combined with other promotional credits unless Sponsor says otherwise in writing. Reservations are subject to availability, each home's minimum stay and standard booking terms. Every Stay Cape Ann home is eligible. Prizes are funded entirely by Sponsor. The credit must be redeemed by booking a reservation on or before September 30, 2027, for travel completed on or before December 31, 2027. Total prizes for the season will not exceed one prize per New England regular-season win. The maximum number of regular-season wins is 17, so the aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes will not exceed $5,100.

One prize per person and per household (same last name and ZIP code) for the entire Promotion Period. An entrant who has already won is excluded from later drawings.

Odds of winning any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received before that game's cutoff. Because a single entry stays in every later drawing, earlier entries are included in more drawings.

The selected entrant is notified by email at the address on the entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. The selected entrant must reply within seven (7) days of the notification, may be required to confirm eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release where lawful, and must provide the same name used on the entry when redeeming. If the notification is undeliverable, no reply is received within seven days, or the entrant is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate is drawn from the same pool of eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final.

Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue tax documentation where required by law.

By accepting a prize, and except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial and state, and the fact of the win, at staycapeann.com, on Sponsor's social media accounts and in Sponsor's email, without further compensation. Any use of a winner's photograph, full name or stay requires the winner's separate written permission.

Information submitted with an entry is used to administer the Sweepstakes, to contact entrants about it, and, only where the entrant has opted in, for Stay Cape Ann marketing email. It is stored by Sponsor and its email service provider and is not sold. See the Stay Cape Ann privacy policy. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing from marketing does not remove an entry.

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or end the Sweepstakes if it cannot be run as planned for any reason outside Sponsor's reasonable control, including cancellation or suspension of the football season, in which case drawings for games already won will still be held. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, each entrant agrees to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, and releases Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors and the owners of Stay Cape Ann homes from any claim arising from participation or from the acceptance or use of a prize.

These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.
