Little River

My kids and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home in Gloucester! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the views were beyond gorgeous, and the house itself was such a unique and memorable experience. We especially loved being so close to the water and getting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place for our fall break, and we made such wonderful memories here. We would absolutely love to stay again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly special getaway.

Great location! Close to restaurants and beautiful beaches! The house on the river was perfect for relaxing in a serene setting. Allie was very helpful throughout our stay.

This house was amazing for my friends & I! The area is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The restaurants nearby are amazing and so tasty, and the beaches are the best I’ve ever seen and been to (Wingaersheek specifically). Overall recommend this place again and again!

Beautiful, peaceful location on the river! Allie was accessible and responsive. An alarm went off on the first day outside of the house and Allie quickly responded with repairmen arriving the next morning. The three upstairs bedrooms have an open, shared ceiling which cuts down on the privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The layout is unique with kitchen at the bottom level and a sunporch converted to a bedroom with a powder room on the second level and three bedrooms with full bath on third level. I would recommend this place-just be ready for stairs!

This was one of my favorite airbnb experiences ever. The location was great for visiting local beaches and towns. The beds were very comfortable with excellent pillows and linens. Most of all, my family really appreciated the interior aesthetic. It was charming and rustic in the best possible way, we even enjoyed the creaky floors. Sitting on the dock in the Adirondack chairs, watching deer while the river changed tides was very relaxing. The bathroom was great, good water pressure in the shower and towels were plentiful. Kitchen had everything we needed and living room furniture was very comfortable. I wouldn't change a thing. This was the first airbnb that I've visited that actually instructed us to leave all of the cleaning to them. It's not our style to ever leave a mess, but it was still a nice idea. I can't recommend this place enough if you're in the area. We can't wait to visit again!

Really beautiful place and very unique. Could use some better kitchen stuff. Knives, forks, …. Overall we were very pleased.

This place was very peaceful right by the river with beautiful views. Lots to do around and great restaurants in the area. The house had lots of books, games and the pool table was fun.

Allie is an incredible host and the house was a dream. Some friends and I decided to embark on a New England Fall adventure and the house was perfectly located.

Great location!!! AC wasn’t working the second night we were there but Allie had the property manager come right out and flip the circuit breaker which solved the problem. Overall great stay!

We loved the unique house and location on a tidal river! So many outdoor gathering locations that were comfortable and full of natural beauty including the private dock. Indoor nooks and crannies for reading alone or playing games and pool together. The beds were comfortable and had luxury sheets. Use of white noise machines on the third floor were helpful with the open ceilings. All three generations were so comfortable and appreciated the ease of using our kayaks, paddle boards and excursions to local beaches and restaurants! We would enjoy another trip to house and Allie set everything up for success!

This place is beautiful! The house maintains the charm of its original features with amenities that provide the modern comfort you would expect. The views are spectacular! I surely recommend it.

Very beautiful and unique home on picturesque grounds . Home had all the details , comfortable pillows, blankets, etc. It’s an old home but with modern amenities and fits a big group quite nicely. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and seamless. It was nice as well that the checkout instructions were very simple and the host takes the load off by handling all the cleaning not like most Airbnb’s. Would highly recommend

Beautiful location with tons to do.

We loved staying right along the river. The house had a perfect layout for our family and having a pool table was an extra bonus. The house was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay- extremely relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The view was amazing to wake up to every day. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Allie was a great host. I would 100% recommend and stay here again myself.

Our family really loved staying at Allie’s home in Gloucester. It was a spur of the moment trip to get away and had all we needed. The pool table was an added bonus. 5 min drive to all we checked out in Gloucester. Loved waking up to the views. Loved the main floor bedroom which allowed for some privacy while the kids slept upstairs. Will stay again. Thanks Allie !

Five star everything for Allie and this property. Views were great, beds and couches all clean and very comfortable. Allie very communicative, had zero issues. 5 star all the way. Will be staying again for sure if back up in Gloucester!
