Great spot! We loved the location, the bay, the dock. The house is cozy and clean and Gloucester is such a great city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. It is nicely decorated, has everything we could possibly need, and features a gorgeous location with a wonderful view. It was so peaceful being right on the ocean, watching the array of boats pass by, and we also enjoyed kayaking and swimming. We walked daily, ate at a few fabulous local restaurants, and explored the area, including a visit to nearby Rockport. We fell in love with Gloucester and this vacation home. Thank you for being the best host bar none Allie!

What a perfect place! An abundance of charm and character. Harbor views and waterfront vibes were unforgettable. We hope to return again. Allie’s communication was outstanding and the cottages were perfect for our family of 5.

Fantastic place! Allie was great!

One of the best views we’ve ever had at an air bnb! So cool to see all the different boats come and go, especially the lobster boats drop and pick up the lobster traps. Beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to walk to a coffee shop and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This stay exceeded expectations in every way. The location is truly right on the water, which creates an incredibly relaxing atmosphere and makes it feel like a genuine vacation escape. Waking up to the views and being so close to the water was easily the highlight. The home itself is very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it’s clear that it’s thoughtfully maintained. Everything was clean, organized, and in great condition. The surrounding area is also a big plus-very nice, safe, and easy to walk around, with plenty to explore nearby. It’s also just a few minutes from the city center, which makes it convenient without sacrificing the peaceful setting. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and one I would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful place. My 2 sons and grandson fly in for opening day and spend a week in Boston every year. We typically stay downtown Boston, this year we tried something different. This spot is super cozy, basically 2 houses in 1!!! Everything was perfect. Everyone loved it and was unbelievably happy. Definitely recommended-

Hands down the most beautiful views and best location in the area! As soon as you walk in you feel right at home with the floor to ceiling windows. All of the decor and personalized touches really added to just how special this cozy cottage is. Watching the boats go by all day was one of our favorite things to do. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is coming to the area. It’s super convenient and a short drive to all the attractions around. We hope we get to come back again!

We cannot rave about the setting of and views from this house enough. The windows on the harbor made it feel as though we were in painting come to life; the sailboats, the sunrises and sunsets, the wildlife. An ever changing painting. Absolutely incredible, no words to describe. The house was immaculate, beautifully designed and well thought out. The boat house made it perfect for a two family’s little getaway. Our toddlers loved the deck and the dock. Host was responsive and kind. 11/10 stay. Thanks.

I couldn't wish for a better place. It was peaceful and beautiful, looking out on the water while I worked (I am a writer). Also super fun for my kids, who could swim and jump off the pier, and it felt luxurious. Such a special stay!

We had a wonderful time! The view from the deck was fantastic and always had something interesting to watch. The unit was sqeaky clean and they provided lots of fluffy towels. Check-in and out was super easy, and they even allowed us to check in a little bit early that day.

Hello This place in my book gets best of Gloucester. Off the charts cool for the water lover . The porch is on the harbor . The upper house is cute as a button . The main house is open clean and very well done . Highly recommended.

A Peaceful Getaway at Rocky Neck Allie’s place was exactly what we needed. A peaceful, cozy retreat that gave us the space to truly reconnect. Tucked away in a beautiful spot, it felt like a hidden gem. Everything was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and find stillness.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to enjoy Cape Anne. Allie is an amazing host. Highly responsive and ensuring every detail is handled. I can’t wait to return for another trip to this one of a kind location.
