Couldn't have been more perfect! The view were so peacful and absolutley stunning. I highly recommend this palce!

We had a wonderful time. Coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Cute area, beautiful houses, close to everything. Massage chair was a group favorite!! And close to the train station which we used for Salem and Boston!!! We were very pleased with our stay.

This home is beautiful with very unique nautical decorations. It has top of the line appliances, very comfortable furniture and beds. The area was quiet and not far from the train station, which we used to get to Salem twice. We also did a whale watching tour which was also close to the home. Rockport is just minutes away, which is a very nice town to walk around and eat/shop. We would definitely stay here again should we be back to the area!

What a great location for storm watching! This home is comfortable, spacious, surprisingly quiet given the harbor-side location, and just as the photos show. We really appreciated the small covered deck off the living area, which was a great protected place to hang out despite the unexpected nor’easter. Just right for our party of three couples for along, stormy September weekend.

Our stay at The Neck was absolutely phenomenal! A beautiful and unique spot. Communication with Allie was a breeze and we couldn’t have wished for a better spot to stay with extended family and our 7 month old. The view alone was worth it :)

This apartment is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The place itself is solid and comfortable with a very good layout; the bedrooms are away from the common areas so earlybirds can enjoy the space while others rest. But the best part is the views! Incredible from every room; great light and plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy sitting outside. We’ll be back!

Allie’s property was exactly as advertised, easy entry and departure. Location is very peaceful, was exactly what we needed!

Perfect location! Right on the water as the pictures suggest, the rooms are nice and cozy, great kitchen and shared spaces but we definitely spent most of our time on the private deck looking out at the harbor. Right next to the art colony which was a pleasant surprise!

Plenty of room to spread out, local restaurants right next-door, a dedicated parking space, and the most beautifully decorated property I’ve visited so far. Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

This is by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful and well stocked. We wanted for NOTHING during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Massachusetts coast!

We chose to stay here in Gloucester because our son was graduating from College on the north shore. The house was perfect! Well appointed rooms, great kitchen for cooking, and a view of the harbor. The only 2 negatives I would say is the keypad was a little tricky to figure out, and we felt the window shades in the bedrooms could have been better. With the keypad it is more of an issue with the manufacturers of the keypads than this house. Standing in the rain trying to figure out the correct process to get the door to unlock is annoying. Do I press the unlock button, then the code, then the unlock button again? Or do I push the lock button, the code, then the unlock button? As far as the window shades they were not designed to block light. We prefer a dark room for sleeping and when the sun rose at 5:20am the room was very bright. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The rooms were spacious. Sitting on the back deck watching the boats in the water was relaxing. Wish I could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure!

What a beautiful place to stay! The place was much bigger than I expected and accommodated our every need. I enjoyed sipping my coffee every morning while sitting on the front deck looking over the water. The front deck is partially covered which allowed me to sit outside without getting soaked. The host had us covered with lots towels, TP, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer. Having ceiling fans in all the rooms was helpful to keep the temp comfortable. Also, the fireplace was nice to sit by at night. The host was excellent. Very kind, responsive, and proactive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We had a few days away with our tweens and we all enjoyed being in this beautiful, immaculate, peaceful, spacious spot right on the harbor. Gorgeous view and we all enjoyed the thoughtful coastal design elements, the spacious kitchen, so many relaxing sitting areas with beautiful views in every room, the decks, and the gas fireplace! Beautiful beaches, sunsets, boats, galleries, shops and the freshest seafood (head to the wharf!). We hiked Halibut Point State Park to the quarry and coast and visited Wingaersheek, Good Harbor and Niles Beaches. Beautiful! If it’s available, book this place any time of year. You won’t regret it - it’s a wonderful, super clean, relaxing place to really experience and see Cape Ann.

Cannot imagine a better place to enjoy a little R and R. The location was everything we hoped for. The interior was so unique, the kitchen, modern and up-to-date, and the amenities were excellent. We knew we made the right choice as soon as we walked in the door.

Great place to stay and visit local area. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out! Would love to return when it’s a bit warmer and enjoy the great deck and walk around the area more.

We loved our stay on the water in this quaint and artsy area of Gloucester. It was a perfect home base for exploring the town and nearby areas. The setting was so comfortable and picturesque that we did takeout twice so we could enjoy the views. We would love to return in summer.

We absolutely loved our visit to Rocky Neck and we hope to come back. The views are spectacular, the space is super comfy and we loved loved loved getting to walk out the door and head over to two great adjacent restaurants! We also enjoyed cooking a meal in the kitchen.....slept well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I am ready to move in!

We loved our place "sittin on the dock of the bay". It was beautiful and peaceful and Allie made the stay easy.

Our stay was truly lovely. The town was sleepy and beautiful with friendly locals and a welcoming atmosphere. Allie was so kind and helpful with answering questions and providing extra amenities for us when asked. The home is very unique and beautiful and being on the water is peaceful and calming. I thought it was beautiful online, but once we walked in the home smelled good and was so clean and so beautiful and comfortable! we hated to leave!

Allie was quite responsive and available to assist with any questions. The home was exactly as described. The moment you walk in you are greeted with an amazing view and immaculate, fresh clean home. The layout was perfect for three couples. The linens were fresh, clean and crisp - not even a wrinkle was noticeable! You can tell she takes pride in managing this property. All the bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were nice and fluffy. The kitchen had quality appliances and a fully stocked Keurig. One of the perks of staying in this property was the checkout process - she literally made it seamless! I plan on returning to the area and choosing this property again.

Absolutely beautiful place! My friends and I came up for a long weekend at the beach and were incredibly happy with our stay. The place is artfully decorated and centrally located in the Rocky Neck neighborhood of Gloucester, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and several galleries, which was a nice reprieve from spending all day in the sun. Allie, our host, was very friendly and communicative. I would recommend The Neck to any visitors looking for a relaxing trip by the water.
