Allie’s place was amazing and simply put, PERFECT! We came out for a long weekend to hit up Salem for all of the fall/Halloween festivities, and it was so nice to come back to Allie’s place at the end of our long days of walking through the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We loved being able to escape to our own quiet sanctuary, have our own comfy beds, and it was so great for us to each have a bathroom to ourselves. We had some nice slow mornings where we were able to sip on coffee and enjoy the view as well as make the short walk to the beach. The place was absolutely perfect!!

Beautiful, very well-located house—so cozy and spacious, with a great view of the sea. 100% recommended. Plus, Allie is a great host.

We loved our week here and were so sad to leave! The house is comfortable, clean, and the views from the decks were perfect for morning and evening relaxing. The private beach a short walk away is what made the trip, though. Wide open, practically empty compared to the public beach down the way, calm water with fun tide pools, and the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We’d love to return next summer!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at 16 Waterman! The house is quite large, bedrooms are huge, kitchen is extremely well stocked, everything seemed like new. The views from the double decks are truly spectacular. The beach is a 5 minute stroll and the sand is like sugar. Allie is a very responsive host. We highly recommend the house!!

Wonderful stay!!!

This house is way better than the pictures. It is a comfortable home in a great location. We had plenty of room for our family of six. Our kids loved the beach and the walk is very short. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have ever experienced. Everything about this house was perfect and easy. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house to any family!

From infant to Grandparent, we all had a wonderful stay. The beautiful home was spacious, clean, well equipped with everything needed for cooking, grilling, dining ouside on the deck. And for the beach - chairs, towels, etc. and the beach was a five minute walk! A fabulous property! Allie was proactive and responsive from check in to departure.

We had a wonderful stay at Allie’s place. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach necessities. The location can’t be beat as it’s a true sub 5 minute walk to the beautiful private beach. Allie was a very clear and responsive communicator throughout.
